Does Rankar actually replace my other SEO tools?
Rankar covers rankings, audits, content briefs, backlink data, AI visibility, project management, team chat and client reporting. Most teams retire between four and six subscriptions when they move.
Where does the ranking data come from?
First-party crawlers for SERPs across regions and languages, refreshed daily on Pro and above. AI-visibility data is polled directly from the assistants we support.
How is AI visibility measured?
RankAIO issues a stable panel of prompts to each supported assistant on a schedule you control, records which sources they cite and tracks your share of citations over time.
Is the marketplace vetted?
Publishers are verified for ownership and traffic before listing. Every order shows publisher payout and Rankar fee separately before you confirm.
Who sets marketplace prices?
Publishers set their own payout. Rankar charges a platform fee that is shown alongside — you always see both numbers before ordering.
Can publishers accept or reject pitches?
Yes. Every pitch goes to the publisher inbox and can be accepted, edited or rejected. Money moves through escrow only after delivery is approved.
How is data isolated between clients?
Each project is a separate workspace with its own permissions, storage bucket and audit trail. Enterprise adds SAML SSO and per-workspace regional pinning.
Do you offer a student plan?
Yes — a verified student ID or .edu address unlocks the platform for coursework at no cost during term.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Full export of projects, keywords, content, reports and marketplace history in CSV and JSON at any time. Deletion is permanent within 30 days of request.
