Ranklead scans Reddit, HackerNews, RemoteOK, Indeed and 13 more platforms in real-time — surfacing high-intent buyers for SEO, content, link building, ads, and dev work. Pre-qualified. Scored. Ready to outreach.
Stop refreshing 17 tabs. Stop missing the post that just went up. Stop cold outreach to leads that already hired someone last week.
One click fans out parallel fetches across Reddit (52 subreddits), HackerNews (Algolia + Firebase + monthly threads), RemoteOK, Remotive, Himalayas, WorkingNomads, WeWorkRemotely, LinkedIn, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Indeed/Jobicy, BeBee, Upwork, YC Hiring, WPJobs, ProBlogger, and Truelancer. Leads stream in live as each platform responds.
Hot, warm, or cool. Buying-signal keywords ("need", "hiring", "budget"), platform context, and recency all factor in. Sort by score, work the hot ones first.
SEO, link building, content, Google Ads, social, web design, email, local SEO — each with a hand-tuned keyword map. "Link building" expands to 30 specific terms, not generic search.
6 built-in (Email, Reddit DM, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Follow-up) plus unlimited custom. Variables like {user} {service} auto-fill from each lead.
Same Reddit post reposted? Cross-listed job on RemoteOK and Remotive? Ranklead catches dupes by ID + content fingerprint. You'll never message the same lead twice.
Flip Ranklead into a mini-marketplace. Clients post project briefs (title, category, budget, deadline, contact). Freelancers and agencies browse, filter, sort by budget or apply count. One-click "Apply" pre-fills the outreach panel with a personalised message addressed to the client.
/ focuses search. Esc closes anything open. Built for operators who don't touch the mouse.
Properly escaped quotes, commas, newlines. Excel-friendly BOM. One click, ready for your CRM. Or use Gmail / WhatsApp / mailto direct-send actions.
If you're hunting leads for a living, mouse-driven UIs slow you down. Ranklead is built for the operator who lives in shortcuts.
All hunted in parallel. Each fetcher has its own keyword strategy, rate limiting, and dedup logic — tuned by hand, not by AI guess.
No setup. No onboarding. Open the tool, pick your service, hit Hunt. You're in business.
SEO? Link building? Web design? Choose from 21 categories. Each one has a tuned keyword map and the right platforms baked in.
Ranklead fans out to 17 platforms in parallel. Leads stream in as each platform responds — scored by intent, freshness, and buyer signals.
Pick a template, hit "Generate" — variables auto-fill from the lead. Send via Gmail, email, WhatsApp, or copy. Track who's been contacted.
“We landed 3 clients in the first week — all from Reddit threads we would've never found in time. The intent scoring alone is worth the upgrade. Stopped using paid lead lists entirely.”
“The Cloudflare Worker integration was the unlock. We were running 30+ hunts a day and hitting rate limits constantly. Now it just works. Our outbound team's reply rate doubled.”
“As a freelancer, the keyboard-first design is the killer feature. I run a morning hunt while drinking coffee — / for search, Esc to dismiss, done in 5 minutes. Better than Apollo for cold inbound.”
Your competition is checking Reddit every hour. You can check 17 platforms in 30 seconds. Open the tool, click Hunt, find your next client before lunch.
Everything you need to know before getting started.
Reddit (52 subreddits), HackerNews (Algolia + Firebase + monthly threads), RemoteOK, Remotive, Himalayas, WorkingNomads, WeWorkRemotely, LinkedIn (where accessible), PeoplePerHour, Freelancer, Indeed/Jobicy, BeBee, Upwork RSS, YCombinator hiring, WPJobs, ProBlogger, and Truelancer. All public APIs and RSS feeds — no scraping behind login walls.
Functionally yes, conceptually no. The value is in (1) running all 17 in parallel, (2) the keyword maps per service category (e.g. "link building" → 30 specific terms), (3) intent scoring across platforms, (4) dedup by content fingerprint, and (5) the outreach workflow that turns a lead into a sent message in 3 clicks. The APIs are commoditized. The tradecraft isn't.
No. Everything lives in your browser's localStorage — saved leads, templates, notes, contacted lists. We don't have a backend that holds your pipeline. If you clear your browser data, it's gone. (Use the CSV export to back up.)
The free version uses public CORS proxies (codetabs.com, corsproxy.io, allorigins.win) which are shared with everyone on the internet and get rate-limited fast — sometimes blocking entire platforms for hours. Pro includes a one-click Cloudflare Worker deployment that gives you your own private proxy: 100,000 requests/day free, never rate-limited, always available. Setup takes 5 minutes.
Every lead gets scored 0–100 across multiple dimensions: presence of buying keywords ("need", "hiring", "looking for", "budget"), explicit budget mentions, urgency language ("ASAP", "immediately"), platform context (a /forhire post weighs more than a generic Reddit comment), and recency. Scores aggregate into Hot (80+), Warm (50-79), and Cool (under 50) buckets. The heuristics are tuned and visible — no black-box AI.
Each of the 21 service categories has a hand-tuned keyword list. "Link building" expands to 30 specific terms (HARO, broken link, niche edits, editorial links, DR, etc.) — not just "links". This means when you hunt for "link building", you find conversations about it even when nobody uses that exact phrase. Generic keyword tools miss most of these.
No — it's included on all plans. Clients can post project briefs free. Freelancers and agencies can browse and apply free. We don't take a cut. The board is stored in your browser (localStorage) so it's effectively a personal/team pipeline tool, not a public marketplace.
Not yet. Ranklead runs anywhere a browser runs — no install, no app store. The mobile web experience is functional but optimized for desktop where you'll do most of your hunting.
No. Ranklead is the top of your funnel — finding leads, qualifying them, sending first-touch outreach. Once a lead replies, move them to your CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion, even a spreadsheet). The CSV export is built for exactly this handoff.
We patch within 24h for any platform that breaks. Each fetcher is isolated, so one broken source never takes down a hunt. The hunt summary tells you exactly which platforms succeeded, failed, or returned zero — so you always know what you're looking at.
The free tier depends on public CORS proxies that go down occasionally. The hunt is only as good as the platforms' APIs — if Reddit changes their endpoint, we'll patch within 24h, but there can be brief gaps. Intent scoring is heuristic, not AI — it's right about 80% of the time. You still need to read the lead before reaching out.
Manual scrolling is fine for the first five leads. Then it's a part-time job. Here's what Ranklead does that humans (and other tools) don't.
| Feature | Rankar | Manual scrolling |

| Platforms covered | 17 in parallel | 1–3 tabs at a time |
| Time per hunt | 30 seconds | 45 minutes |
