RankUX Recurring Audits — Client Reports Guide
Schedule RankUX audits weekly, watch the 8-scan trend, and export client reports that connect UX improvement to revenue impact.
---
Introduction
One-shot audits are useful but recurring audits build the management story over time. RankUX is designed for the recurring workflow — every audit is timestamped, the score trend across the last 8 audits is visible at a glance, and client-facing reports tie improvements to specific work.
The 8-Audit Trend
At the bottom of the RankUX overview: UX SCORE · LAST 8 AUDITS — a sparkline showing the Composite UX Score across the 8 most recent scans. The leftmost point is labelled "3 scans ago" (or older) and the rightmost is "Now."
The trend reveals:
- Steady climb → improvements landing.
- Flat → no recent UX work or work that did not move the score.
- Drop → regression. Investigate which dimension fell.
Scheduling Recurring Audits
Open project settings. Set the RankUX recurrence: weekly, biweekly, monthly. Weekly is right for active design work; biweekly suffices for steady-state sites; monthly is the floor for archived projects.
Each scheduled audit produces a row in the trend, an entry in the audit history, and (optionally) an email notification.
The Annotated Screenshot Diff
When a recurring audit runs, RankUX optionally diffs the new annotated screenshot against the prior. New violations are flagged; resolved violations are celebrated. The diff view makes it trivial to confirm fixes shipped correctly.
Client Reports
Click Export PDF on any audit to generate a branded report containing:
- Cover with client logo, period, and Composite UX Score trend.
- 7-dimension radar chart current vs. prior.
- Annotated screenshot with markers.
- Priority Issues list with fix recommendations.
- Sparkline trend across the last 8 audits.
The PDF is the artifact you attach to monthly client emails. It tells the same story you would tell verbally, but in a deliverable form.
Pairing With Other Rankar Modules
RankUX recurring audits pair best with:
- RankAudit — technical health alongside UX health.
- RankTracker — ranking changes that explain why UX improvements matter.
- RankOps — the task automation that turns audit findings into shipped work.
Together, the three modules create a closed loop: audit finds issues → tasks auto-create → fixes ship → next audit confirms.
What's Next
This completes the RankUX series. The next module is RankSpy — competitor intelligence that fingerprints any domain in seconds.
Apply This With the Rankar Toolkit
RankUX works best paired with the rest of the Rankar suite. Spin up the relevant tools: RankTalk • RankOps • RankAudit • RankWriter • RankTracker • RankAIO • RankBridge • RankLinks • RankLocal • RankLaunch • RankSpy • RankUX • RankLead. Each module shares data with the others — fewer tabs, one source of truth.
