Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy protects Rankar users, connected providers, marketplace participants, and the public. It applies to all activity, content, automation, integrations, messages, scans, orders, and data submitted through Rankar.

• Use Rankar only for lawful purposes and only on websites, accounts, data, and systems you own or are authorised to assess.
• Respect privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, advertising, export-control, and anti-spam laws.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or submit data you obtained unlawfully.

• Do not probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities without the owner’s express permission.
• Do not introduce malware, destructive code, credential theft, or mechanisms intended to disrupt a service.
• Do not bypass authentication, permissions, quotas, payment controls, rate limits, robots controls, or technical safeguards.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or systematically extract Rankar or supplier data except through an authorised feature or written agreement.
• Do not use multiple accounts, automation, or deceptive methods to evade enforcement or usage limits.

• Content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, harassing, exploitative, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
• Child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, or sexual exploitation.
• Instructions or material primarily intended to facilitate cyber abuse, credential theft, fraud, or physical harm.
• Unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive lead generation, fake reviews, cloaking, malicious redirects, or search manipulation that violates platform rules or law.
• Infringing content or use of a person’s name, likeness, confidential information, or intellectual property without permission.

Rankar may be used for legitimate research, optimisation, writing, auditing, and reporting. It may not be used to generate or distribute large-scale deceptive content, fabricate evidence or testimonials, conceal sponsorships, misrepresent rankings, or create harmful link schemes.

Users must review AI output, respect publisher and search-engine rules, and clearly disclose generated or sponsored material when required.

• Do not submit websites you do not own or control, falsify traffic or authority, or conceal penalties and material restrictions.
• Do not request or place illegal, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not manipulate delivery evidence, reviews, disputes, escrow, pricing, or verification.
• Do not pressure another participant to move a transaction off-platform to evade safeguards or fees.

Do not use RankTalk or workspace collaboration features for harassment, spam, unlawful surveillance, sensitive-data harvesting, or sharing content you are not entitled to disclose. Workspace administrators may moderate organisation-controlled spaces according to their own policies and applicable law.

We may investigate suspected violations, limit functionality, remove content, suspend accounts or workspaces, preserve relevant records, or report conduct where required by law. We consider severity, intent, impact, history, and whether the issue can be corrected.

Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to respond. Immediate action may be necessary for security, legal, or safety risks.

Report suspected abuse with relevant URLs, workspace or order details, and supporting information to hello@rankar.ai. Do not include passwords or highly sensitive personal information.
