Opening the workspace
Open RankLaunch and land on the Discovery tab, where every niche idea you have entered or imported sits as a card in a kanban-style board with columns for New, Scoring, Shortlisted and Archived.
Each card shows the niche name, category, a mini traffic sparkline and the current GO/NO-GO badge, so you can scan a whole batch of ideas without opening any of them individually.
Adding a candidate niche
Click Add Niche, type a seed phrase or a competitor domain, and RankLaunch pulls a first pass of search volume, competition and monetisation signals within seconds.
You can add ideas one at a time or paste a list of up to fifty seeds through the bulk-add box, which queues each one for scoring in the background.
Reading the pipeline stages
New niches sit unscored until you run the GO/NO-GO engine; Scoring shows work in progress; Shortlisted holds anything that passed your threshold and is worth deeper research.
Drag a card between columns manually if you want to park an idea or promote a gut-feel favourite ahead of its score.
- New: freshly added, no verdict yet
- Scoring: engine is calculating
- Shortlisted: passed your GO threshold
- Archived: rejected or shelved
Key takeaways
- Add seeds in bulk rather than one by one when screening a category
- Use the sparkline as a quick sanity check before opening full detail
- Move cards manually only when you have a reason to override the score
