Why a dedicated delivery tool

Most project managers treat every task as a blank card. RankOps instead links each task to the SEO object it affects — a page, a keyword group, an audit finding or a link order — so context travels with the work instead of living in someone's memory.

That matters most for agencies juggling several clients, where the same recurring work (audits, content sprints, migrations) needs to be planned, delegated and reported on without rebuilding the plan from scratch each time.

The main screens

Open RankOps from the app sidebar and you land on the Sprint Dashboard, which summarises the active sprint's progress. From there, the left rail gives you Tasks (Kanban), Goals, Templates, Workload and Reports.

Each screen is scoped to a project, and a project can belong to a client workspace, so agencies can flip between clients without losing their place.

Who it suits

Solo operators use it to keep a simple weekly rhythm going without a spreadsheet. Agencies use it to standardise delivery across every client with templates and workload views so nobody is quietly overloaded.

Key takeaways

  • Treat RankOps tasks as SEO objects, not generic to-dos
  • Start from the Sprint Dashboard to see current state at a glance
  • Use the left rail to move between Tasks, Goals, Templates and Workload
